- Greet every customer with a smile, prioritizing their needs and making them feel valued and special

- Maintain cleanliness around the tills and ensure that all till equipment is fully operational
- Count the float, confirm there is sufficient change in the tills, and check that printers have enough paper and ribbon
- Ensure that stock in the resale area is properly displayed and that fridges and shelves are restocked daily
- Keep the front-of-house area clean and presentable at all times
- Verify cash drawer amounts at the start of each shift to ensure accuracy and adequate change
- Complete the daily cash-up and all related paperwork accurately and in full, following established standards
- Issue receipts to customers and return the correct change, accounting for any discrepancies, with shortfalls handled as per agreement
- Support the smooth operation of the front-of-house area
- Assist both front-of-house and back-of-house staff with managing orders efficiently
