Job Summary
The cross trained consultant can operate on the sales floor as well as on the desk service. This is a versatile individual that values customer service and enjoys working with Customers. To be successful in this position you must be system minded and have a good eye for detail and fashion.
- Key duties and Responsibilities
- Assist customers with funding merchandise
- Maintain or control stock losses
- Merchandising the store according to the MBP principals
- Opening of new accounts
- Payments and purchases on the POS system
- Building relationships with customers
- Adhere to safety and health policies of the organisation
- Qualifications and Experience
- Experience on the floor and cash desk
- Minimum of Grade 10 report
- Product knowledge, passion for fashion and selling skills
- Clear criminal record
- South African citizen
- Good communication skills
