- Develop and implement efficient administrative procedures for stores, ensuring seamless stock control operations
- Communicate stock control guidelines clearly to store teams, collaborating closely with the Field, ISD, Stock Control, and Internal Audit teams
- Ensure accurate stock take results are reported and essential stock controls are consistently followed
- Verify that stock information is recorded accurately, reported promptly, and aligns with business interests
- Plan and coordinate all stock takes across the business to maintain inventory accuracy
- Assist in generating and reviewing daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports
- Resolve store-related stock discrepancies by investigating and addressing any issues
- Follow up on outstanding stock deliveries to ensure timely receipt and processing
- Analyze administrative documents daily to identify trends, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement
- Compile audit analysis reports from in-store audits to assess trends and potential concerns
- Perform stock control balancing for month-end, financial reporting, and year-end reconciliation.

General Duties as Stock Control Clerk
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock is maintained at optimal levels
