Introduction
Dis-Chem Pharmacies is looking for a Trolley Collector for its Vaal Mall store. This role involves collecting Dis-Chem trolleys from car parks and other shopping centre areas and returning them to the store’s designated trolley area to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Minimum Requirements
Essential
- Grade 12 / Matric
- No retail experience required
- Willing and able to work retail hours
Advantageous
- Up to 6 months’ retail experience
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and stack trolleys from various areas and return them to the store.
- Observe and retrieve trolleys left by customers in car parks and shopping centre areas.
- Ensure safety while collecting trolleys by watching for pedestrians and vehicles.
- Identify and remove damaged trolleys, informing management promptly.
- Assist with minor trolley repairs where possible.
- Keep trolleys clean and ensure the store has sufficient trolleys available for customers.
- Assist customers in finding trolleys when needed.
- Direct customers to the store or Customer Service Desk for assistance.
- Report any trolley discrepancies to management immediately.
- Assist with in-store duties as required when not collecting trolleys.
