REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 or an equivalent appropriate (NQF Level 4) qualification as recognized by SAQA.
- A valid driver’s license (with the exception of people with disabilities).
Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:
- Knowledge of clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics.
- Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Knowledge of working procedures in terms of the working environment.
- Computer literate.

DUTIES:
- Render Fleet Management Services.
- Allocation of government vehicles (GG).
- Process applications for vehicles, (GG and subsidized schemes).
- Conduct inspection.
- Facilitate payments of log-sheets for GG and subsidized vehicles.
