Duties & Responsibilities:

– Sell insurance telephonically to potential clients 

– Achieve and exceed weekly sales targets

– Ensure full compliance and maintain high quality standards 

– Participate in continuous training and development 

– Demonstrate leadership potential with growth into senior roles 

Experience & Qualifications:

– Minimum 25 years of age

– Grade 12 (Non-Negotiable)

– South African ID

– Must be able to travel to Amanzimtoti daily

– At least 2 years’ experience in insurance sales (non-negotiable) 

– Proven sales track record

– Fluent in both English and Zulu 

– Positive, target-driven attitude 

Package & Remuneration:

– Guaranteed commission of R4000 in your first month (if KPIs are met) 

– Uncapped commission structure – earn up to R20,000
