Job Function & Key Responsibilities
Including but not limited to;
Being the first point of contact for customers by greeting visitors
answering calls, and directing them to the correct department or person
Scheduling clients appointments
Managing basic customer inquiries
Maintaining the reception area
Performing data entry and submissions
Providing administrative support for production team and service
