Key Responsibilities

Attend to clients, visitors, and enquiries.
Update and maintain information directories.
Manage office supplies and maintain office space.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Perform routine administrative tasks.
Assist with HR document administration.
Coordinate bookings for trips, vehicles, and transport reporting.
Log IT problems with the relevant department.
Record meeting minutes and manage venue bookings.
Distribute information to the public relations officer.
Assist in organising campus events, exhibitions, and awareness programmes.
Handle petty cash, advances, and claims within set deadlines.

Minimum Requirements

National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
At least 2 years’ experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, administrator, or similar role.
Customer service skills.
Basic computer literacy.
Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Valid driver’s licence.
