
Sun City Resort is seeking dedicated individuals to join its team as Control Room Operators. This role involves monitoring security systems and supporting the safety and operational efficiency of the resort.
Role Summary
As a Control Room Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring CCTV cameras across key areas
- Responding to alarms and initiating appropriate actions
- Communicating with security personnel and resort staff
- Logging incidents and maintaining accurate shift reports
- Coordinating with emergency services when necessary
- Ensuring all systems are functioning properly and reporting malfunctions
Who Should Apply
Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Grade 12 (Matric)
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable using computer systems and security equipment
- Reliable and able to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Previous experience in security, surveillance, or related fields is advantageous
