MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES 

Ensure quality of calls in line with service level agreement.

Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from a script that describes products in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product.

Update customers’ personal, employment and contact details correctly in the system, to ensure accuracy in collecting on overdue accounts.

Explain products and prices and answer all the relevant questions to be asked by customers.

Endure POPIA, FICA and FAIS are adhered to when dealing with customers’ calls and correspondence.

Contact prospective customers to present information and explain available products.

Update customer details and communication (i.e made through phone calls) on customer debtor system.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

• Minimum of one year telesales working expedience in call centres.
• Grade 12
• Clear Criminal Records
• Good Credit Score
• Ability to influence, convince and win customers with ease
