Introduction
Overall Purpose of the Job: The main purpose of the position is to control branch stock and secondary to assist with day to day branch administrative duties.
Job description
Stock Control:
Acknowledge request of orders placed from technicians
Follow correct procedures and order stock from Head Office (Units, Consumables and Tools)
Ensure that stock is scanned out and accurately packed
Ensure that all boxes are listed on StockMover and that each box has the correct printed list per technician
File the signed copy of StockMover
Troubleshoot queries where stock is short delivered.
Scan stock received / distributed
Receive request for stock to be moved or unit state to be changed
Send request for change to Systems department once authorized
Follow up on requested changes 80%
Dispatch stock to fitters as required for client installation purposes
Co-ordinate the month-end stock take
Administrative:
Assist the Senior Branch Manager with administrative functions as received.

Minimum requirements
Grade 12 Senior Certificate
Previous Administrative Role
Client Services Background
1-2 years Stock Controlling experience is a must
