What This Role is All About
As a Supervisor at Shoe City, your main responsibility will be to assist the Store Manager in maximizing profits and achieving business goals. You’ll take ownership of your store’s performance, ensuring that sales targets are met while keeping costs under control.

Minimum Qualifications Required

- Matric (Grade 12) or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Further studies or certifications in Retail Management or Business Administration will be a strong advantage.
Skills and Experience You’ll Need

- 2–4 years of retail experience as a Shop Assistant.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting (advantageous).
- Computer literacy and confidence in using retail systems.

- Excellent stock control and merchandising skills.
- A focus on delivering top-quality customer service.
- The ability to maintain high store standards.
- Leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal), with an additional language being an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
