We’re looking for a dedicated confectioner to join our team. You’ll ensure our baked goods are made on time, manage ingredients, maintain cleanliness, and meet quality standards. A high school diploma, good English, and a clean record are required. Experience, living nearby, and strong baking and leadership skills are a plus. If you love baking and enjoy working with others, this job is for you!


What you’ll do

This is a list of tasks that you will be responsible for doing on your days at work.

  • Make sure the right products are ready in the right amounts at the right time.
  • Keep baking ingredients stored safely and hygienically in sealed containers.
  • Ensure each product category has the ideal amount of stock.
  • Keep the workspace clean and organised.
  • Delegate tasks to the production staff.
  • Ensure all customer orders meet quality standards and are completed on time.
  • Interpret recipe costings and apply appropriate work methods.
  • Mixing, preparing, and baking a variety of confectionery.

Requirements
