Minimum Requirements
- Grade ABET/AET or an equivalent qualification recognised by SAQA
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to read and write
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and basic gardening principles
- Ability to operate basic gardening tools and equipment
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to perform manual labour
- Commitment, punctuality, productivity, and professional conduct
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform general assistant and support duties
- Maintain premises and surrounding areas
- Clean offices, facilities, and government vehicles
- Safekeep and maintain gardening tools and equipment
- Move furniture and equipment when required
- Remove garbage and empty boxes
- Assist with receiving stock and goods
- Load and offload goods
- Report damaged or lost equipment
