Shoprite Group Transpharm is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Capturer to join their team. This role is vital in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness to support operations and reporting within the organization. The purpose of this job is to accurately capture, input, and manage data into relevant databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting the operational and continuous reporting needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately capture and input data from source documents into computer databases, spreadsheets, or software applications.
- Perform routine data integrity checks and correct any errors.
- Maintain and update records to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Organize and maintain files and records (electronic and physical).
- Support data collection from various departments.
- Generate basic reports as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data capturing processes.
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / High School Diploma (essential).
- A certificate or diploma in data management, office administration, or a related field (advantageous).
- Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- MS Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
Experience
- Essential: 1 – 2 years in a data entry or administrative role.
