Shoe City is looking for a Shop Floor Assistant who can create a great shopping experience for customers. Your main job will be to assist shoppers, keep the store neat, and make sure every customer walks out with a smile.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Help customers find the right products and improve their shopping experience.
Ensure shelves are stocked with fresh merchandise.
Maintain store displays and make sure pricing is correct.
Support the store manager with daily tasks.
Process cash and card payments quickly and accurately.
Restock and organize inventory when new deliveries arrive.
Keep the store clean and organized to create a pleasant shopping environment.
Handle all sales transactions efficiently at the checkout counter.

What You Need to Apply:

Matric/Grade 12 Certificate or an equivalent qualification.
1 – 2 years of retail experience (preferred but not required).
Basic computer skills – Knowing how to use a till system is a plus.
Excellent communication skills – Fluent in English (other languages are a bonus!).
