Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the general manager ensure the smooth management of her day-to-day affairs and most effective use of her time. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Take initiative as appropriate especially in the manager’s absence,
  • Attend to all incoming calls either resident or query.
  • Welcome, receive and direct visitors.
  • Type general correspondence and filing
  • Arrange all the entertainment and regular functions and all events in the hall.
  • Respond to all e-mails — requests for application forms.
  • Correspondence with all enquiring parties regarding interviews and follow up.
  • Organise and co-ordinate church services and chapel bookings.
  • Any additional sale of tickets and or name lists to manage and collect payments.
  • To assist to co-ordinate, manage and set up events.
  • Typing meeting minutes and distributing them to members and residents.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric certificate,
  • Computer literate: outlook, word, power point and excel,
  • Typing speed forty (40 wpm) word per minute,
  • Well organised

Package & Remuneration

Market-related.
