Key Responsibilities
- Assist and relieve other parking staff when required
- Work directly with customers and provide professional service
- Operate and fix parking equipment (training will be provided)
- Support smooth daily parking operations
- Perform duties effectively under pressure
Minimum Requirements
- Must reside in Pietermaritzburg (sites are self-posting)
- Mature, responsible, punctual, and reliable
- Energetic, self-motivated, and approachable
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to self-post
- Grade 10, Grade 11, or Matric (Matric preferred)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Computer literate
- Fast learner
