Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) with typing as a subject, or
- A Secretarial Certificate or any relevant training/qualification that enables the candidate to perform secretarial duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Offering general clerical and administrative support
- Assisting with meeting arrangements, including preparation of documents and schedules
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and prescripts
- Supporting the manager to ensure efficient office operations
