Requirements:
- Grade 12 / N3 qualification
- Completed Control Room Operator course
- PSIRA Grade B registration
- Valid driver’s license
- 2-3 years experience in control room/security, preferably in mining
- Good computer skills and ability to work shifts
Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV and alarms
- Manage access control and vehicle entry
- Log incidents and prepare reports
- Radio communication checks
- Follow safety protocols
