About the Sanlam Learnership Programme 2026
Sanlam is one of South Africa’s most respected financial services providers. This learnership is designed for unemployed youth who are eager to earn a recognised qualification while gaining practical work experience in the industry.
By the end of the programme, learners will have completed a Wealth Management Certificate at NQF Level 4 and will have developed valuable workplace skills within a leading corporate environment.

Minimum Entry Requirements
To qualify for this learnership, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen
- Currently unemployed
- No post-matric tertiary qualification
- Between the ages of 18 and 35
- Completed Grade 12 with at least:
- 50% in Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy, or Accounting
- 50% in English
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Able to commit full-time for the duration of the 12-month programme
- Have clear criminal and credit records
- Must have reliable access to transport
