Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers with expert advice on our wide range of national and international tech brands, including laptops, smartphones, and accessories.
- Drive sales by meeting and exceeding performance targets through effective product demonstrations and upselling.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and promote payment options like Lay-By or business rentals.
- Maintain store presentation through merchandising, stock replenishment, and ensuring a tidy sales floor.
- Provide after-sales support, including explaining warranties and assisting with basic technical queries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and uphold Incredible Connection’s reputation for top-notch service.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (tertiary qualification in sales or IT advantageous).
- 1-2 years of sales or retail experience preferred, but not essential for motivated candidates.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with technology products.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and 7-hour shifts (dependent on mall hours).
- South African citizenship or valid work permit.
