Key Responsibilities
- Capture all Fixed Spend agreements in SAP in alignment with approved budgets to ensure precise financial provisions.
- Maintain a current and detailed Cash Co-Op WBS budget, ensuring timely and accurate loading of budgets and following up on budget breakdowns.
- Process co-ad claims and retro discount provisions in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Coordinate with Customer Managers to enhance efficiency and reduce aging provisions.
- Provide training for Customer Managers and Account Receivable teams to support accurate logging and processing of claims via CRM.
- Maintain and distribute the Weekly Retro Summary Recon to Business Units (BUs).
- Ensure the Active Year-To-Date (YTD) Cash Co-Op budget is maintained to meet financial requirements as determined by National Key Account Managers (NKAMs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
- Execute budget adjustments as instructed by BUs and Customer Managers.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), SLAs, and company policies.
- Participate in internal, external, and SARS audits and execute required actions promptly.
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of Matric; a tertiary qualification in Business Management or Finance is advantageous.
- Experience: At least 1 year of commercial and financial experience within an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
- Skills Required:
- Strong systems and process orientation.
- Results-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, SAP BI, and SAP CRM.
- Demonstrated sense of ownership and integrity.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
