Job Purpose
The successful applicant will be mainly responsible for cleaning the exterior and interior of all contracted aircrafts (PBTH and Third Party Aircrafts), hangars and premises. The purpose of the Cleaner is to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for all aircraft and related spaces
Principal Accountabilities
Perform Interior cleaning of SAA fleet of Aircraft and Customer Aircraft
Deep cleaning of Aircraft toilets
Cleaning of screens and headphones
Deep cleaning of Carpets
Cleaning of Cockpit
Deep cleaning of Chairs
Cleaning of Trash Compactor
Cleaning of galleys
Perform Exterior cleaning of SAA fleet of Aircraft and Customer Aircraft
Use of Stackers, Scissor lift, Cherry picker and skyjacks
Aircraft glazing and polishing
Cleaning of exterior on Aircraft
Hangar Floor Cleaning
Cleaning of Hazardous spillage
Emptying of drip trays oil fuel and skydrol
Sweeping of hangar using
Emptying of domestic and hazardous waste
Positioning of Aircraft stands
Washing of hangar and basins
Cleaning mechanics stores
Operating floor scrubber
Premises Cleaning
Picking of lose papers in Technical
Removing of foreign objects in our premises
Removing of cut boxes, nails, pallets
Sweeping of streets and parking lots
Emptying of recycling office papers
Sorting of cut boxes for recycling
Trash compactor operation
Cleaning of Aircraft components using approved chemicals
Landing gear Wash
Operating Warp machine when cleaning landing gears
Cleaning of Aircraft components using required chemicals
Deep cleaning of Aircraft components
Deep cleaning of toilet components using wap machine and required chemicals
Cleaning of cargo rails
Cleaning of removable items g. chairs
Cleaning of spillage on Aircraft
Cleaning Spillage on Aircraft cargo
Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 or equivalent
6 months’ experience in Appearance section in a general aviation industry
