RPO Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our client’s dynamic team in Kloof, Durban. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional with a strong understanding of claims processing, compliance requirements, and insurance regulations. Responsibilities:

• Process and manage insurance claims efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with clients, assess claim documentation, and provide status updates.
• Evaluate claims against policy terms and conditions.
• Communicate with insurers and underwriters to facilitate claim approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of all claims and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle claim queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Fully FAIS compliant with RE5 certification.
• Class of Business (Commercial & Domestic) certification is essential.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in claims administration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant claims processing systems and software.
• Ability to work on-site at our Kloof office.
