About the Warehouse Assistant / Cash & Carry Role
In this role, you will support branch operations by combining customer service, sales support, cash handling, and administration duties. You will be one of the people customers interact with first, which means professionalism and friendliness are very important.

Sales and Cash & Carry Support
- Driving Cash & Carry sales
- Assisting customers with product selection
- Processing sales orders accurately
- Handling returns and credit notes correctly
Cash Handling and Payments
- Performing daily cash-ups
- Managing banking and cash floats
- Processing COD (Cash on Delivery) payments
- Ensuring all cash records are accurate
Administration and Filing
- Keeping invoices and documents well organised
- Following up on Proof of Delivery (POD) documents
- Completing invoicing according to company procedures
- Handling general office administration tasks
Stock Control and Warehouse Support
- Checking shelf pricing accuracy
- Making sure top-selling products are always available
- Supporting stock control processes
- Assisting with weekly cycle counts
- Taking part in quarterly stock takes
Safety and Cleanliness
- Following Occupational Health and Safety rules
- Maintaining food safety standards
- Keeping the work area clean and organised

Minimum Requirements to Apply
