Main Purpose of the Role
The receptionist will be responsible for managing the switchboard and reception area while also controlling access to the premises. The position requires a professional attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to interact confidently with both internal staff and external visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily duties will include:
- Welcoming and assisting guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Keeping the reception area clean and organised

- Providing administrative support to various departments
