Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the general manager ensure the smooth management of her day-to-day affairs and most effective use of her time. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Take initiative as appropriate especially in the manager’s absence,
- Attend to all incoming calls either resident or query.
- Welcome, receive and direct visitors.
- Type general correspondence and filing
- Arrange all the entertainment and regular functions and all events in the hall.
- Respond to all e-mails — requests for application forms.
- Correspondence with all enquiring parties regarding interviews and follow up.
- Organise and co-ordinate church services and chapel bookings.
- Any additional sale of tickets and or name lists to manage and collect payments.
- To assist to co-ordinate, manage and set up events.
- Typing meeting minutes and distributing them to members and residents.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric certificate,
- Computer literate: outlook, word, power point and excel,
- Typing speed forty (40 wpm) word per minute,
- Well organised
Package & Remuneration
