Align incoming orders to improve truck utilisation and maximise loaves-per-kilometre performance
Verify that orders placed, delivered, and returned are accurately balanced each day
Review driver orders for informal trade customers on a daily basis to ensure accuracy and fulfilment
Track all product returns daily to identify patterns and operational gaps
Develop and implement corrective action plans aimed at significantly reducing product returns

General Responsibilities as Channel Representative

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and retail partners
Promote company products and ensure they are well-positioned within assigned sales channels
Conduct regular store or client visits to monitor stock levels, merchandising standards, and product visibility
Identify sales opportunities and implement strategies to grow volume and market share
Provide product knowledge, training, and support to channel partners and retail staff
Gather market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback to share with the sales team
Negotiate orders, pricing discussions (within guidelines), and promotional activities with clients
Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and follow up on deliveries
