• Receive the trip sheet, invoices, and proof of delivery (PODs) physically from the drivers as the Driver’s Trip Recon Clerk (shift 11am to 8pm). Reconcile all invoices with the trip sheet and process customer credits for shortages, damages, etc.
• Process Purchase Order (PO) numbers for non-stock items. Verify outside labor invoices by checking timesheets against billing. Process miscellaneous creditor’s invoices for payment.
• Un-staple shipments and scan them into the system. Organize and file shipments in batches.
• Verify stock Purchase Orders (POs) for stocks and suppliers. Raise claims to suppliers for pricing or shortages. Handle billing for VCS storage.
• Assist with Goods Received Voucher (GRV) of non-stock POs. Verify stock POs. Perform trip reconciliation and handle claims.
• Reconcile CSD and PSD shipments, ensuring that all invoices and PODs are attached to the shipment.
• Investigate customer claims.
• Capture allowances.
• Perform ad hoc duties as a receptionist.
• Fulfill any other ad hoc responsibilities that may arise for all clerks.
