We at RCL FOODS are in search for a GENERAL WORKER to join our GROCERIES Business Unit/Division. The role will be based in RANDFONTEIN and report to the SHIFT CO-ORDINATOR . RCL FOODS is looking for an incumbent to:
Support production operations by performing general duties such as cleaning, packing, sorting, and assisting machine operators, ensuring hygiene standards and operational efficiency are maintained.
Minimum Requirements
• Grade 12/Matric
• Basic hygiene practices
Duties & Responsibilities
• Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties in the production area.
• Support machine operators with loading/unloading materials.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Report any equipment faults or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the work area.
• Participate in stock counts and inventory checks when required.
