We at RCL FOODS are in search for a FTC General Workers to join our Groceries Business Unit. The role will be based in Molteno and report to the Shift Supervisor.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12/Matric
Basic hygiene practices
Must be able to work under pressure
Good Communication Skills
Attention to details
Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and public holidays as per operational requirements
Regular interaction with production team, supervisors, and quality control personnel
Limited decision-making authority
Expected to escalate issues to supervisors
Applies discretion in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Identifies and reports problems related to equipment, hygiene, or safety
Uses basic problem-solving skills to manage minor operational issue
Duties & Responsibilities
Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties in the production area.
Assist with packing and sorting of Ouma Rusks products.
Support machine operators with loading/unloading materials.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Report any equipment faults or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the work area.
Participate in stock counts and inventory checks when required.
