South Cape TVET College invites South African unemployed youth to apply for Professional Cookery Learnership Programme 2025.
Closing Date: 30 January 2025.
Location: Western Cape, South Africa
Course Overview:
- Focus Areas: Food preparation, cooking techniques, equipment use, food storage, kitchen maintenance, health, hygiene, safety, team communication, and customer service.
- Duration: 12 months (6 months of theory and 6 months of practical learnership).
Entry Requirements:
Preference: Youth from Plettenberg Bay and Knysna will be given priority.
Academic Requirements: National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate Vocational (NC(V)) Level 4.
Age: Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old.Required Documents:
- Identity Document or Smart ID Card (both sides).
- Highest school grade passed.
- Bank statement (must be in your name).
- Proof of residential address (must show your name).
- CV with up-to-date contact details.
