💼 Job Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing

As a General Worker Loader , your daily tasks will include:

✅ Loading bread onto trucks according to the picking slip.
✅ Following the pipeline loading sequence to ensure efficiency.
✅ Counting trays and ensuring accurate stock balancing in trucks.
✅ Attending daily team meetings (Invocom) to stay updated on work procedures.
✅ Ensuring only high-quality bread is loaded for delivery.
✅ Practicing FIFO (First In, First Out) for correct stock rotation.
✅ Reporting any loading issues or concerns to management.
✅ Following all company policies and safety procedures .

🎯What You Need to Qualify

📌 Minimum Requirements:

✔ Grade 12 / Matric certificate (or equivalent).
✔ At least 3 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry .

📌Skills & Attributes Required:

✔ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
✔ Good communication skills (written & verbal).
✔ Basic numerical skills to count trays and stock.
✔ Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
✔ Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
✔ Physical strength to handle loading and unloading tasks.
✔ Accountability and reliability in your role.
