Job Overview
The Loader role is focused on ensuring that bread and bakery products are correctly loaded and offloaded according to delivery schedules and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a Loader at Premier Bakery, your duties will include:
- Loading bread according to picking slips and delivery instructions
- Following the correct pipeline loading sequence
- Counting trays and balancing loads inside delivery trucks
- Ensuring correct stock rotation using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method
- Attending daily operational briefings (invocom meetings)
- Ensuring only quality-approved products are loaded onto trucks
- Reporting any loading issues or concerns to management
- Following all company rules, procedures, and safety standards
- Supporting general despatch duties when required

Requirements for Applicants

- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 months experience in a similar role (preferably in FMCG or warehouse environment)
