What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive PA and administrative support
  • Manage diaries, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Arrange travel plans and itineraries
  • Organise and schedule podcast content
  • Assist with content planning and scheduling across platforms
  • Support projects and task tracking using project management tools
  • Manage daily communication via email, WhatsApp, and Slack
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations (Microsoft Office)
  • Create and update simple design content using Canva
  • Improve systems, processes, and workflows where possible

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Confidence using technology and learning new systems
  • Experience with:
    • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Slack, WhatsApp
    • Canva
    • Project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
