
Introduction
Adcock Ingram is seeking an experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and logistical support to the Managing Director. This role requires a confident, highly organized professional who can manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and operate efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a key liaison between the MD and both internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence
- Maintain discretion in handling confidential information
- Coordinate, prioritize, and follow up on incoming requests and action items
- Assist with project tracking and implementation of decisions
- Organize and minute executive meetings, ensuring action points are executed
- Anticipate and proactively meet the MD’s operational and logistical needs
- Perform a range of ad-hoc administrative and personal support tasks
- Coordinate office activities and operations
- Source and purchase office supplies, equipment, and furniture
- Generate, reconcile, and track purchase orders
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (advantageous)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior PA, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure professionally
