  • Salary: R228 321 – R268 950 per annum (Includes 13th cheque, pension fund contribution, medical & housing allowance)

Requirements:

  • Senior Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Administrative experience
  • Experience with PHCIS / Clinicom
  • Computer literacy
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, unsupervised & in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends & public holidays

Key Duties:

  • Registration & capturing of patient info on PHCIS
  • Filing, record keeping, tracing, archiving & handling patient folders
  • Managing patient documentation
  • Handling enquiries
  • Relief duties within the facility as required
