Job Description

The Learnership Programme consists of learning components combined with practical/workplace experience in all aspects of the logistics environment – air freight, sea freight, road freight as well as customs formalities, trade documentation and warehousing.

Main Responsibilities:

Over the 12-month period, you will be in close interaction with both internal and external customers as well as accompany your mentor on customer KPI operations visits and meet with major suppliers in the logistics industry.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or international trade

Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic Knowledge of financial concepts
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Must be a South African citizen or have a valid work permit.
• Recently certified ID and qualifications.
• Must be able to commit to 12 months.
• MS Office proficiency.

Nice to have:

• Driver’s License
