We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Service Record Verification Coordinator. This role plays a key part in supporting our vehicle purchasing process by verifying and confirming service histories before acquisitions are finalized. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of service records within a specific category of our vehicle inventory.
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- A post-matric qualification in Automotive Management, Administration, or a related field advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and data entry systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Integrity and discretion when dealing with sensitive information
- Valid Driver’s License (Preferred)
