Minimum Requirements and Experience

• Education: National Senior Certificate
• Experience: Previous roles as a cashier, customer service representative, or retail associate are advantageous.
• Location: Reside within 15 km of Town
• Background Check: A clear criminal record is essential.
• Skills and Competencies required
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy.
• Passion for Retail: A genuine enthusiasm for providing a top-notch customer experience

Key Duties and Responsibilities required

• Positive Store Environment: Maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere to minimize losses while adhering to security and handling procedures.
• Cash Management: Operate the cash register according to company policies and keep the store tidy.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a cool team to enhance store efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Customer Engagement: Greet customers as they enter and assist them with a smile, ensuring their shopping experience is enjoyable.
• Sales Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets by recommending products and informing customers about promotions and deals.
• Product Knowledge: Be well-versed in store offerings, helping customers find exactly what they need.
• Stock Management: Help  in ordering stock, receiving deliveries, and ensuring the store is always well-organized and attractive.
