What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate travel (flights, accommodation, visas, transport)
  • Process stipends, vendor payments, and expenses via Sage/ERP
  • Track requests and resolve delays with finance & procurement
  • Maintain accurate trackers and digital filing (SharePoint)
  • Support event planning, retreats, and logistics

Requirements

  • 2–4 years admin / finance / logistics experience
  • Sage or similar ERP system experience (essential)
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through

Advantageous

  • Diploma/Degree in Admin, Finance, or Logistics
  • Experience in education, non-profit, or programme environments
  • Ability to create SOPs, templates, and process docs
