As a Control Room Operator at Fidelity Services, you will play an important role in watching over the security systems and making sure everything runs smoothly. Keep a close watch on all surveillance equipment and control room operations. Manage all areas of the control room and follow strict Standard Operating Procedures. Update daily incident reports and maintain accurate records. Help prevent crime by identifying risks and acting quickly. Ensure discipline and proper control of security systems. Assist with key control and information networks that support security investigations. Use your sharp observation skills to notice and report unusual activities. Here’s what you will need: A valid PSIRA grade B or A security registration, renewed and up to date. At least 3 to 5 years of experience working as a Control Room Operator. Good computer skills, including using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and WhatsApp. Ability to learn new software programs quickly when trained. Strong administrative skills for keeping records and reports in order. Solid security experience with an eye for observing, acting, and reporting. Excellent skills in writing and speaking English. Contactable references to verify your background. A clean criminal record that will be checked as part of the recruitment process. Dependable, sober, and responsible habits.
