Job Title: Recruitment Agent

Location: 26 Wellington Road, Parktown, Johannesburg

Summary:

We currently seek a dedicated and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates for various job openings, building relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.  This is not an HR role and will only focus on Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.  

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen and assess candidates’ qualifications and skills to match them with suitable job openings
• Conduct interviews and reference checks to ensure the quality of candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide them with suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Keep abreast of industry and market trends to provide hiring managers with up-to-date information and recommendations
• Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors in order to meet recruitment targets, deadlines and goals

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a Recruitment agent, Internal Recruiter or in a similar role with focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.  This is not an HR role and focuses only on recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Must be in possession of a valid driver’s licence and own reliable motor vehicle.
