The Appointee should: |

- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a data management position in a mining or security company.
- Have a minimum of two years working with MS Office.
- Preferable have experience in vetting and screening related work.
- Have an understanding of quality requirements, reliability, credibility and accuracy of information captured on a Data Management System.
- Be able to plan, develop and deliver weekly and monthly reports for internal and external use.
- Be able to apply the organisation’s code of conduct in a work environment.
- Be able to apply the principles of ethics to improve organisational culture.
- Be able to apply problem-solving techniques and interpret the integrity of data.
- Be medically fit to work in the specific business area.
- Have a clear security screening and credit record.

Key Responsibilities: |

- Booking individuals for screening.
- Assist individuals with completing forms and explaining screening processes.
- Capture candidate biographic information on the excel spreadsheets and MIE-Smart Screen.
- Attending to individuals for biometric enrolment, clocking card making and collection of returned cards.
- Maintaining clocking card machine by changing laminator, ribbon and cleaning the machine using the necessary equipment
- Prepare various spreadsheets and reports for tracking of screening results, SAPS, and qualifications.
- Discarding or shredding of the previous year’s disclosure forms.
- Maintain proper record keeping and updating the shared folders accordingly.
- Ensures files or documents are readily available during data audits.
- Liaising with MQA, MIE and other relevant stakeholders.
- Issuing screening results.
- Captures provided data timeously and accurately ensuring appropriate separation of data in line with database structures.
- Handles general enquiries appropriately based on knowledge of the system and experience.
- Performs any other activities necessary for the effective completion of his/her work.
- ESS onboarding approvals.
