Northam Eland Platinum Mine invites South African unemployed youth to apply for Learnership Programme 2025.

Location: Farm Elandsfontein, South Africa

1. Educational Requirements:
   • Completed N2 subjects or NCV level 4 with 7 subjects, or equivalent to at least Grade 12.
   • A minimum E-symbol (40%) in your subjects.
2. Skills:
   • Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy).
   • Engineering Science.
   • Engineering Drawing.
   • Diesel Theory.
3. Other Requirements:
   • Medical certificate of fitness.
   • Commitment to the 36-month training program.
