NECSA (South African Nuclear Energy Corporation) is looking for youths who would like to join their 12-month learnership programme in Generic Management. The NECSA (South African Nuclear Energy Corporation) Generic Management Learnership offers at least 150 credits in which you will need to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in order to succeeed.

With this learnership, you will be able to upgrade your abilities before you make your next career path. At the completion of the learnership, you will be entitled to a NECSA (South African Nuclear Energy Corporation) Generic Management Learnership – provided you show impressive progress throughout the programme.

You will be required to perform the duties below:

Initiate, design, execute, and assess operational strategies, projects, and action plans, and recommend changes within teams or the unit when necessary to enhance overall effectiveness
