What You’ll Be Doing

As a Fire Fighter at NCC Group, your main duties will include:

Pass the Arduous Pack Test — a 4.8 km walk carrying a 20 kg pack completed in under 45 minutes.
Successfully complete a Physical Fitness Assessment and health evaluation by an Occupational Health Practitioner.
Have the ability to work under pressure and stay calm in stressful situations.
Be a team player with strong communication and observation skills.
Strictly follow NCC Group’s Alcohol, Drug, and Substance Use Policy.
