General Responsibilities as Debtors Clerk
- Manage and maintain accurate debtor accounts
- Process customer invoices and issue statements on time
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts
- Perform reconciliations of customer accounts to ensure accuracy
- Allocate payments received to the correct accounts
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies or queries
