Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage commission-specific queries and SLAs by assigning, directing, and escalating issues.
- Report on operational activities to inform efficiency improvements.
- Maintain accurate filing systems (electronic or paper).
- Transfer intermediary client books in line with regulations.
- Track daily activities by establishing work procedures and schedules.
- Assist in preparing scheduled reports.
- Identify and challenge inefficient processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal processes.
- Update and maintain daily statistics and records.
- Escalate system issues or faults to relevant stakeholders.
- Engage professionally with stakeholders and ensure SLA delivery.
- Provide recommendations to improve service and client treatment.

Qualifications:
